    Shamu, they are a happy lot. Totally spoiled and loved lots!

    Darla, we did have a Shirley. But she ended up being a Larry instead. ;)

    I'd be so busted if I kept a roo!

    its amazing the vocabulary of a chicken. shamy, you should hear when they find a good bug!!! i love them dani. they are so beautiful. i wish mine like romaine - they dont seem to be that interested in it. they love grass though. yoko is very rooster like. im shocked at the size and redness of the comb.

    i miss dusty. i think the hens would be safer with a roo. hawks are over the yard all the time now. im using bottle rockets as my weapon and its working. but....they are old and tend to , er, malfunction. the neighbors are a bit concerned.....
