  3. I love Florida storms....except the ones that chase me away early from my vacation. Best shelling after a storm.

  8. Susan, now THAT would be cool!

Lisa, we're good. Nice overcast day with a good breeze blowin'.

Shamu, fierce storms and big fluffy clouds. Two of the best parts of summmer.

    Thanks Threecollie! :)

ScMomma, we've had a nice breeze but not much rain to speak of.

SnB, it was such an awesome morning! I'm so glad I had the camera with me.

Darla, yep, a nice rain is always welcome around here.

    FC, you're such a sweetie. Thanks. :)

Thanks Cathy. Any rain on your side of the bridge?

  9. Hello Dani. I thought that your first shot was worth of a comment. Then I saw 6 and 8 (last). Exceptionally beautiful, Dani.

  10. What are those birds called? There are sandpipers and....??? The little fat ones are called something else. I love living in Florida....sometimes the storm never even comes, even though it looks black and threatening!

  11. Diva, the larger ones are called Willets. A fairly common bird for us here in Tampa Bay.

  13. Chickory, It was amazing! I was down there with my sisters and we kept trying for a lightning shot, but we didn't get it. :(

I love the Antwerp breed too. They have such nice form and coloring. Unfortunately, my poor Vera is on the bottom of the pecking order and is always getting her tail feathers plucked out.

  14. Dani, I don't know if there's anything that I can add, but I love the storms not the big bad ones but I guess we don't get to choose, do we? These shots will go on my wall. Darn frames get expensive! Usually I use the same ones that I use for the ferns and the flowers. Take care my girl, love you bunches.
