    Shamy, she's just a little spoiled. lol

    Yep, a black racer. I think this one was a female. Pretty slender body throughout.

  12. I don't know nuthin' 'bout farm animals, but I love that shaggy black chicken!! What a cutie! He/she ought to be in the movies. Pretty flowers - slimey snake...I know they're not slimey and they're good to have around but eww!!

    Love the photos! Even the snake. I have one in my yard too, and since they do a good job of keeping the pests down, I decided to name him (or her) Earl. Earl keeps me on my toes when I garden, and I do the same for him/her (were he/she to actually have toes). I am in love with the chick. I don't know much about chickens, but I imagine that that one has a lot of personality!

  20. SPP, they're pretty blanket flower. I see them come through the box stores every so often. Best bet would be a native plant nursery.
