Darla, you should plant some Maypop. It has beautiful flowers, and the added benefit of being a host plant for the Gulf Fritillary.

Threecollie, I've been doing it a couple years now and I'm still amazed with the little buggers.

Susan, my favorite part is that peachy blush on the wings. So pretty.

how beautiful! i used to go to a little market in winter park florida where a man sold little pupae that youd keep in your screened porch until one day -voila~

FC, I hadn't seen them for awhile either and then last week before the cold, I noticed a bunch of them on the Maypop. Glad I saw them in time to bring them in the house.
