YAY! and wow! We started last Wednesday - 7th and 9th! Eeek! They were awesome the day before, though. Fighting like cats and dogs! Made me SO happy to get them out of the house! Like you said "quiet house...!"
Hope her day was good. I was looking at her first day last year. So much has happened, but she looked like she was ready to take on the world. Go Elizabeth!! Love you so much. Grandma Karen
Dani and John, She is a wonderful daughter. She didn't get that way by herself. I watched this past summer at the amount of love and the care all of you gave each other. That makes for great kids.I am so very proud of all of you. It's gonna be a great year foreveryone.
Big excitement! Hope she has a great day!
ReplyDeleteThreeC, *fingers crossed*

ReplyDeleteAh so cute.
ReplyDeleteI hope her year is fabulous.
OK I'm way late so she's probably already home and had her after school snackies. Hope she had a good one today to start off the entire school year.
ReplyDeleteShe looks ready but it looks like the pup wants to go too. :0)
ReplyDeleteSo, how did you spend your day? Hope Elizabeth's was great!
ReplyDeleteMelissa, it's the most wonderful time of the year. ;)
ReplyDeleteFC, her first day was great! Give the kid science and history and she's in heaven.
Shamy, she was so happy this afternoon! Could hardly eat her snackies she was talking so much.
Lisa, I wish Maggie didn't get carsick so easy. Then she could ride with me when I drop Elizabeth off at school. She would love seeing all the kids.
Cathy, hung out here at the house and played with the puppies. Felt great having a lazy day.

ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! She's so grown up!!! You're right she has really had a growth spurt this summer. Like weeds, they grow, the littles...
ReplyDeleteMom, she's really come a long way! xoxo
ReplyDeleteMS, you know they're getting big when they start raiding your closet for clothes. :)
Is Maggie trying to keep Elizabeth from going or is Maggie trying to climb in the back pack to go with her? LOL
ReplyDeleteThey grow too fast, that is for certain. Hope she has a wonderful year.
ReplyDeleteOh, you must be sad that your Summer is ending, but what a lovely young lady and a very cute little dog nipping at her bag.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that pups have you.

ReplyDeleteGranny, that Maggie cracks us up!
ReplyDeleteKelly, I think she's gonna have a great year. The teacher is a good fit for her, and most of the classmates are friends from last year.
Boxer, I am sad. :( Just takes me a week or so to get back into the swing of things.
Broke out the shovel yesterday and cut more of Hub's grass away to make way for a bigger, better garden. That should keep me busy for a while.
Thank you Mom. I'm glad you were able to spend the summer with us. luv you.
ReplyDeleteAh! congratulations proud mama! She's so cute!
ReplyDeleteIs doggy sniffing Elizabeth's lunch?! So cute, what WILL you do with yourself?!
