Question for Darla...How did your New Zeland tea trees survive the heat and humidity this summer? I've been wondering. I think they are so pretty Thanks Dani for letting me use your space. Your garden looks great. Love to Kitty and ev eryone else. Have a great weekend.
I'm still a bit taken aback to have learned that the Florida gardening season starts just those of us up north are bracing for freeze (and yet we're still in the same hemisphere). But, as always, your lovely garden photos bring a smile to my face and a calm to my soul. Good luck with the beets, my friend!
Bananas?! Wow! My parents had a banana tree in the house most of the years of me growing up and it never ever bloomed. Maybe they should have moved to Florida, lol.
NO WAY??? Bananas?? I wonder if the dogs will eat them right off the plant??
ReplyDeleteWe got pineapples too. :)
ReplyDeleteGood lord, is there anything puppies won't eat?!
Bananas! That's so cool. We've got leafless trees and acorns on the ground. But it's a beautiful day today.
ReplyDeleteOh my! I should say it is looking good around your place.
ReplyDeleteDani, wow, wow, wow! Bananas! That is so fantastically cool. And pineapples! Yowsa!

Mom, I don't think it was Darla's tea tree. Check Meems over at Hoe and Shovel.

ReplyDeleteI've seen the silly chicken photos.
LOL!
You do an amazing garden in a backyard, Dani.
Great work.
You are the only person I have ever known to grow bananas. Congrats!
ReplyDeleteGranny, the perks of living in a sub tropical environment. :)
ReplyDeleteYour fruits and veggies are definitely looking good. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteB-A-N-A-N-A-S! Bananas!
ReplyDeleteWhat's the plant with the white flower? I love it. I made it my background. It's a beautiful picture!
Melissa, that just puts a smile on my face!
ReplyDeleteIt's a bell pepper flower. :)
Melissa, the very top photo is a bean flower.
