That came out pretty good. Nice and high and the filling doesn't look runny. That's a good blueberry pie.Happy Dim Dum Sunday!
Awesome job, Dani! That crust looks to-die-for, and the blueberry filling looks perfect :)
Shamy, but did you like the fancy edges? Buzz, I'm in love with this pie. There might be some sharing issues come later.Froggy, oh yeah girlfriend! Eggy, Martha did good on this recipe.
That is a thing of beauty, art really.
Thank you Laura! Wish I could share with y'all.
Of course I LOVED the fancy edges. Did you do that with a pie crimper? One of the 72 that I own?
Woah - first words out of my mouth were THAT is a thing of beauty!!! So then I hit the Comments tab and it's the very first comment. HahaGorgeous, absolutely gorgeous. Happy Dim Sum Sunday!
I read the words, "super easy pie recipe" and had to laugh. Baking any kind of pie is like wrestling a grizzly bear for me. I end up with flour all over the kitchen and berry stains all over me and the counters. Then most of the pies I attempt to back end up going straight from the oven to the trash. "Easy pie"??...I laugh!
That looks so yummy.
Shamu, so glad you liked it! I learned my skillz from a very talented chef and photographer.MS, you and The Sweeties did great on this one! Y-U-M-M-YGranny, say it isn't so! Lorie, this recipe is a keeper. :)
