Wonderful photos! I can't decide which one I like best. So cool that you can be starting to garden too. It is about done here, although I put in some kale and beets a couple weeks ago
Darla, it's one of my favorites! I was outside taking pictures and she had just rolled out of bed and came to see me and the girls. Luckily, she's still young and doesn't mind me posting a picture of her with bed head. :)

I have the fall garden frenzy going on. Pouring over seed catalogs, planting seeds, dreaming about seeds. Craziness!
So cute your little chicken whisperer. That pict of the woodpecker is too funny. Fences are like little snacks to them, woodpecker Doritos.
Shamu, I love our woodpeckers! They had two babies in the spring and it's been a blast watching them all together in the yard. :)
Yoko is such a calm little thing. She doesn't mind being toted around by Elizabeth at all.

OK. I'm good for the rest of the day. I now have my Elizabeth fix. Added bonus of woodpecker being nosy. Life is goood.
