So sorry Dani...
Does it ever get to a point that it's just a day?
He was one cool dude.
Shamy, I can't thank you enough for all that you've done with those negatives. I was in a bad place this spring and those photos really pulled me out of it. Makes me think he put you in my path. :) love yah girl. xoxo
A beautiful tribute photo...
Erin, I love flare shots! One day I need to put them all in a collage.
sending you love. xo
Your beautiful tributes/memorials on days of birth and passing are also reminders to me to not take anyone for granted. Thank you, Dani. I miss you, love you, and thinking about you three every day.MFD
No words needed...beautiful photo. My thoughts are with you!
Awww, I'm sorry. I'm sure all of the Father's Day adverts don't make it easier. Or that's how I feel about Mother's Day and I guess this year too. :-(That's a beautiful picture. As for "does it every get to a point where it's a just a day?"... This year was the FIRST year I didn't think of my beloved BIL on May 23. It was, finally just a day. But it took ten years. xoxox.
I am sorry.
Beautiful photo for a man who was obviously very loved. Big hugs to you.
Dani - I don't think you ever do want it to become 'just a day' - you know? That's when you know someone was so special...when no matter how much time passes, it's never 'just a day.'Father's Day is always really hard for me too. I try to keep up a smile, but I miss my dad so much when it comes around. It's really hard when I'm helping the boys make Father's Day cards for their other grandpa and I wish they could make a card for my dad..........hugs...........
Ahhhhh. My heart goes out to you. But that photo is a lovely tribute.
Dads are like that, looking out for their sprouts. Your dad knew I had a Major Love of old black and whites, especially kids with big-assed grins. I wanted to see those negatives too. Delicate little chemical postcards of love.
Thank You Friends for all the love. xoxo. Gonna go put the beach bag together and hit the beach this morning. ((hugs))
Sorry Dani.I was away from the net yesterday and missed this.Hope your day at the beach is wonderful!
You said it for all of us who have lost our fathers. My dad 12-05-1914 to 09-23-1999
