OMG, dog, flowers, quilt - through your always awesome lens. Hope you survived your skinny jeans shopping day, and know that whenever you post your photos, my outlook on the world just keeps getting better.
So sweet! I had a baby toy poodle visit me with her human mama yesterday - one of my voice students. Adorable little furball, and SO much more mellow than my golden retriever. Haha
Of course the first thing I thought of was a song... Happiness from You're a Good Man Charlie Brown http://youtu.be/9qFX-htaB0M
Oh Dani, the QUILT!!! It's beautiful! And the flowers are amazing. I really want time to quilt, I haven't worked on one since April and I'm having withdrawl!
thought about your quilt all evening.I didn't know colorscould be put together like that. I am so glad you can do that and everything else that you do.
Very nice, and I agree with Boxer about the first pic (well, all of them, actually!)
Your quilt looks great, I could never be so patient as to sew it all evenly, I just know mine would look like it was from a Dr. Seuss cartoon and all askew! Well done, Dani girl! x
is that flower, the pinkish one, that you have a lot of, Gaillardia??? (I can't ever remember how to spell it) I planted some seeds from Burpee and that was one. Those and the free pack of Marigolds came up, along with two little zinnia plants. Are all these I mentioned annuals only?? I'm in zone 7b, Huntsville, AL. Just wondered if they would drop seeds and maybe come back next year. I'm new to this......anyway, lovely pictures of flowers and beach, etc........Have a lovely night. Robyn

I agree! Those are the pictures of happiness. I love your pups.
HOLY CRAP, look at that quilt!!! Are those particular flowers the inspiration for your quilt?
I love gaillardia, tough and pretty.
heh! :)
Dani, where are those flower beds? Front yard? MFD
Dear Dani,

xoxo, eggy
Sherry, I love my pups too. I would love them more if they'd stop chasing The Girlz all over the backyard. :)
Shamy, it's my first big girl quilt with lots of cuts and angles. Some of my seams are a little off, but I love it all the same.
FC, they really are tough. They go weeks without rain and still manage to look beautiful.
Ria, yep, front yard. They're my Ollie flowers. He always laid there when I was working in the garden.
Eggy, I was doing good until we went to the fabric store. So many pretty fabrics to choose from this summer.

How's Shamy the Chick?
Shamy is doing great! She's slowly starting to be accepted into the big Girlz flock.
Charlie Brown makes me happy. :)
Hooray Shamy and the Girlz!
Charlie Brown and happiness do go together...

ahhhhh...yes.....
And those gaillardia just replaced your yellow nasturtiums as my background! You make me smile every day without even knowing it....how cool is that?
Dani, the quilt is beautiful. Absolutely love it. Flowers and pup are beautiful. So are you. Love you more.
Man, that is cool, cool, cool!
Great photos!

That first photo could be a professional one. Really good. You should make into a card or let Zazzle.com let you put it on mouse pad or cup.
As for the quilt - you must have the patience of a saint. That's a ton of work and you should be very proud.
p.s. Happy Father's Day to you Mister.
**I'm off to check out zazzle**
My mom would love a cup or mousepad with one of my pics on it.

Such joy in these photos!
Absolutely stunning! Makes me happy.
Yes it is!

Robyn, yeppers, most of those will only last through one season. :) I can send seeds to you if you'd like some of the blanketflower to grow.
