Too adorable, Shamy. There is just something inherently funny and endearing about chickens.

Shamy looks about how I feel the first Monday morning after the spring time change.

Those pictures were too cute!!!

I had to laugh... this morning while I was watching Fox and Friends, there was a commercial for Stanley Steemer, where two guys are driving in one of the yellow vans, talking about "missions" that they had been on.

The driver says, "You think that was bad, the last one I had was two dogs, children, and a couple free-range indoor CHICKENS." The passenger looks at the driver in shock. I about spit my coffee halfway across the room.

Love ya Sissy!!!

Tomatoes already! They look really good too. We haven't even thought about our garden this year. Maybe this weekend I'll go out and buy some plants.

Froggy, they really are little smile makers.

Shamy, poor thing is going through the awkward teenage stage right now.

ThreeC, I have a little spring package that I gotta get sent out to you here soon. :)

David, HAHAHAHHAHA! Now that's a good commercial!

Love you too Brother Mine.

Buzz, are you doing a garden at the house or at a community plot?

Lovely photos!!!

I was juuust wondering about li'l Shamy. Nice to see she's spry and growing. And has the eagle eye that suggests if she could speak, she'd snark just like her namesake. Ha.

Shamy is doing wonderful. I take her outside with me a few times a day and she follows me around like I'm her mommy. SO. DARN. CUTE.

We need to get Susan a chicken. I bet that would make her all kinds of happy.

Big Shamu said...

I think Susan's cats would really enjoy that.

Thanks for the great pics - as always, they put a smile on my face. Glad you're weather is so fine. Ours is much better since our thunderstorm/tornado-ish watch passed through this afternoon - creepy to observe from the 20th floor.

Beautiful! Is that one columbine? One of my favorites!

Erin, I think it's a delphinium. Not 100% sure though.
