Seeds Sprouting

Wooohooo!

My seeds have sprouted their first true set of leaves! Won't be long now before I can put them in the ground.

As of right now, this is what I have growing in trays:

Cauliflower ~ Cheddar and Graffiti

Kale~ Redbor, Ragged Jack, Dwarf Blue Curled

Cabbage ~ Red Acre, Early Jersey Wakefield, Michihli

Spinach ~ Bloomsdale Long Standing

Eggplant ~ Rosita, Rossa Bianca

Broccoli ~ Romanesco Italia

Collards ~ Georgia Southern

Tomatoes ~ Isis Candy Cherry, Homestead, Bi - Color Cherry, Aker's West Virginia, Super Marzano Hybrid, Black Krim, Oroma, Heinz, Floradade

Pepper ~ Charleston Belle, Red Marconi Patio, Tequila Sunrise

I would like to try and grow parsnips this year. Has anyone tried these before in the garden?
