Beautiful shots! I'd love to know where you went. Looks like you had the beach to yourself!

Surfs up Big Kahuna! It must be nice to live near a beach and have it all to yourself like that. The Jersey Beaches are so crowded you (I) don't ever want to go there.

Thanks Darla. That beautiful smile of hers just makes my heart soar.

Floridagirl, it was at Indian Rocks Beach. We went early hoping to beat the crowds and heat.

Buzz, yeah, I'm not much into the big crowd fests either. *shudder*

ThreeC, I tried putting a video up so you could hear the Ibis and the waves, but blogger wasn't havin' any of it. :(

Beautiful water shots!
Toss that video up to YouTube. I gave up on Bloooogers video uploads.

Where is this at? It looks as calm as a lake!

Lovely photos all. I'm especially impressed with that last one. I'm guessin' it's much easier to catch a smile on Elizabeth's face than to to catch birds in flight. Looks like you had a wonderful day!

Oh man, I wish Elizabeth was on our side for the weekend, we actually had a bit of surf!

We had "urban" weekend on Sobe so we went to the beach before the crowd got there but find that most weekends it's best to get to the beach early, have a swim and then go and do something else, we don't make it our entire day. (it's too much anyway!)

No oil yet, huh?
