I have two shepherds who are currently working for someone else's garden but I bet they would love a little Florida Eggplant infused Bunny Tartar. They work cheap too.
Grrrrr.......I feel for you. Wish you were closer, I'd share some of our overabundance of pepper plants.
I would loan you our Beagle if we were closer. How frustrating it must have been to find that!

My garden plants are still indoors but the little blankety-blanks girdled my dwarf pink lilac bush. It MAY survive....I am hoping.

dani, thanks for your kind words, re: trout. when she found a bunny i wouldnt let her hurt it. i let it go. i bet it comes back to eat whatever i might get lucky enough to grow

There are some definite perks to living in the city.
That little guy must have a bunch of friends. We have all kinds of predators but it just dawned on me that we haven't had rabbits in our garden! I better knock on wood.
Oh no! Poor you! The bunny looks pretty satisfied tho. :)
Yeah, there's nothing more infuriating than full and well satisfied garden bunny.
The bunny was on the porch again this morning. I think it's trying to sway me with it's cuteness.
Brownie says that she knows good recipes FOR rabbits... not won't share any recipes CONTAINING rabbits. haha
Since I get up before daylight to go out and toss a few kernals of corn to my 3-4 bunnies...you know the only things I have growing are hanging tomatoes. The Raccoons will probaby get those. I saw one walk off with a small canalope one year.
Plant Catnip around your garden to keep cats hanging around it..might keep the bunnies away.
