I read the words, "super easy pie recipe" and had to laugh. Baking any kind of pie is like wrestling a grizzly bear for me. I end up with flour all over the kitchen and berry stains all over me and the counters. Then most of the pies I attempt to back end up going straight from the oven to the trash. "Easy pie"??...I laugh!
