New Roses! I might be a tad jealous, although watch out this sppring when my giant Cecile Brunner is in bloom.
Thousands of roses, heavenly smell in a rose bush that's bigger than you can believe! My History posting for the Mute Monday game is up so come drop in at the Pond. You don't do Mute Monday? Join us, it is fun and often, informative.

That's very romantic! A bouquet of roses will only last a short while but you will have fresh roses for years to come now. What a great hubby you have!

Lucky you! I love antique roses and your gift is better than cut roses. Enjoy them all year.

Fishy, the Cecile Brunner sounds beautiful! How long have you had it?

ScMomma, I really hope they grow well for me.

Susan, I think I might need a couple more. ;)

My Cecile is about 10 years old now and in full glory is about 20" tall and 30 " wide. I'll see if i can figure out how to post a picture of her soon on the Pond Blog.
