Last weekend, Audubon Bird of Prey Center was having their baby owl shower. This is a wonderful Mothers Day event that I look forward to every year. It's so heart warming seeing these people volunteering their time to help rehabilitate these birds. This year they had a Cara Cara out for demonstration, a baby Great Horned Owl, a Screech Owl and a Bald Eagle. So cool!!! I'm so glad we made the drive, I couldn't think of a better way to spend a day.

That Mexican Eagle (cara cara) looks awesome!
Joe, Welcome to my blog. I would love to see one in the wild some day.
