Ok, I don't know a thing about raising chickens. Do they have the run of the backyard, or are they confined to an outdoor pen?
I hope you don't have any problems with snakes and cats, and hawks! Yoko is so cute :)
Laura, I've been letting them have the run of the backyard and keeping them in their coop at night or when I'm not home. I worry alot about the cats and hawks as well. But I hate the thought of keeping them penned up all the time.
