Dani, what area of the yard is that garden bed in the last photo? So happy for you all to have beautiful things growing. We're preparing for the long cold winter (though the weather has been beautiful this week, so no complaints from me -- yet!) MFD
Son of a BISCUIT EATER!!! HOW?? I know you and I have talked about keeping collards bug free but I think you're holding back on me. Even with the spray those little freaks ate up my collards.
Our weather is beautiful here and should be for the next week or so. I love the brick path between your beds. Isn't there a cabbage moth that does some damage? I think I read something about it....
The garden is looking healthy and spectacular! I wish I could go out there and pick what I wanted for dinner each night, how inspiring! Well done, Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours Dani! x
Every time I see pics of your yard I just want to come, pitch my tent and live there. FC is right - it looks like something straight out of Southern Living. Hope y'all had a great Thanksgiving!

Amazing, Dani! Maybe it's my Northern/November state of mind, but I'm just astonished to see how much everything has grown already!
TFB, thanks!
Ria, it's the front yard bed. Started out last spring with just a little area around the bananas...;)
Erin, nah, just more coffee.
Linda, I love this time of year. Just wish we had more daylight hours to enjoy it.
Eggy, it really is amazing. We have all the windows open enjoying the gulf breeze. The temps are running in the upper 70s. LOVE IT!!!

D'OH!! Maybe because it's Bok Choy instead of collards?
I'm having the same trouble. Noticed yesterday that my collards and cabbage all have holes in them. GRRRR!
Those greens are inspiring!
Hooray!!!!!
Lovely, Dani. Just lovely.

looks good Dani. Everything seems to grow so quickly there.
Kelly, I love the veggie garden this winter!
MS, veggies ROCK!
Lorie, you are so sweet. Thank you.
Darla, I'd have it made if the Girlz would just eat the bugs and leave the plants alone. :)
Anon, it does until we hit the heat of summer. ugh.
Good golly Dani! It looks like something out of Southern Living!
Rock on with your green thumb self!
Love the Flamingo. I thought only people in Seattle kept pet platic Flamingos.
Me too. Hate winter. As far as I'm concerned, Winter has no redeeming qualities.
Front yard is looking good. I Just know, instead of prairie grasses, there will a beautiful stand of sweet corn next season. Can't wait.
