They are just too cute! I love the headdress! Is the brown one as soft as she looks? Are they sweet? My aunt used to have chickens and they were SO mean. They'd chase us all over the barnyard LOL

ScMomma, Silky is very soft. All of our chickens are sweet little things, and are loved on alot. The only one that we've had to work with a little bit has been Silky. She's kinda high strung. Alot of that is because she can't see well with all that fluff. It tends to make her jumpy. We've talked about maybe cutting the feathers so she can see, but I'm afraid I'll accidently poke her eye out.

Those are great chickens! Gives new meaning to the "funky chicken".
They are both beautiful! I can't decide which one I like more! I have always had a spot in my heart for silkies though. :)
