Blueberries, wow! I've been meaning to ask for a long time, was photography a lifelong hobby for you or did you start late? (I'm thinking of starting "late" LOL)
Oh, those bluberries are a perfect blue and I love seeing that Chickie get bigger (and holding my breath about (s)he I still can't get over your weather and how things are growing. I guess that's how I'm able to buy lettuce in the grocery store, right?
oh no, Dani, I meant one fauna with all that flora. I wouldn't speak foully of the little fowl. But interesting how you thought I might have been saying the fowl little creature might not be so pretty. hmmm? please gentle folks, I only jest with my sister and mean your little shammy no harmy)MFD
Everything is beautiful, Shamy too, kind of maybe, I can't decide I really want to know who had the New Zealand Tea Trees and how did theynsurvive last summer's heat. I would love to try them here but my humidity level in this small ecosystem (holler)is brutal. Help please. Love you dani girl. Hope to see you soon.
Shamy looks like she has her namesake's sense of humor. I fully expect her to squawk out some snark about the other inhabitants of the garden. Y'all watch. She'll start her own blog soon. Silky Snark.

hmmm, one of these things is not like the others.
Shamy makes me smile at 5.30am and that's no mean feat!!
Erin, yeah, I was a late starter too. :)
Never took any classes just started paying attention to the light and balance of my photos.
We have to wait about 2 more months for Jersey blueberries. But it's worth the wait.
Froggy, she is growing up to be the sweetest little thing.
I Love, Love, Love my little Shamy!
Buzz, I love blueberries. Just wish my plants would do a little better for me.
shamy is just as furry as a new puppy isnt she? i love that awkward stage. what is that second flower? nigella?
Chickory, good to see you out and about my friend. ((hugs))
The second pic is a blackberry flower.
I think I'm gonna have a pretty good harvest of them this year. *fingers crossed*
Anonymous, *gasp* are you sayin' Shamy isn't pretty?!? ;)
So nice to see greenery and cute chickies and all. Thanks
So it is confirmed, Shamy's a girl?? Watch her though, she'll be in those berries and won't leave any for anyone else.
So glad to see Old Faithful and Son of Old Faithful both made it through the winter.
Beautiful!
Waiting on our blueberries to turn blue...yummy!
Love Shammy, she is so cute. Our blueberries are blooming and hopefully the frosts are over with. All your photos are so beautiful. Have a great week.

I love pretty things...and you've got lots of pretties...including the chick. :-)

Well that's just dang funny considering how Dani and I were just comparing Lil' Shamy to a Muppet.
Anyone care to guess which Muppet?
Ria, hehehe. Love you Girl. xoxo
Shamy, I bet Froggy will know the answer.
Linda, I do too. :)
Sandra, thanks for stopping in and saying "hello".
Boxer, things do grow fast here this time of year. Come the end of May though and things will really start to slow down from the heat.
Thanks so much Lorie! :)
Susan, you always have such pretties in your yard too. Especially those orchids of yours.
Everything is beautiful, Shamy too, kind of maybe, I can't decide

Hi Dani,
Shamy is getting so big. And so very cute. I love pics of the girlz. They make me laugh a lot!
When your sis said that one thing was not like the others my brain went to those tests we used to have in school!
Patti
PS I STILL can't find those darn flamingos!
Patti
Aaah! The yummy blueberries. That's on my must-grow list for long now, only I'm not able to get the seeds...
Nice photos.

Thanks Dani for helping us think on these things!
Your garden is an example of raising a ..." hymn of grateful praise"
Happy Easter my Friends.
